In this process, priority has been given in the magnetic credit system and closed far collection system based on either magnetic card or ticket.  Continuous technology innovation, however, is now introducing wholly new concept such as electronic commerce through INTERNET  and off-line ELECTRONIC PURSE based on either contact smart card and / or contact less  RF card.   Contact less RF card draws special interest thanks to excellent acceptance by the user in mass transportation fare collection application.  The number of contact less RF card holders is also increasing very rapidly, and  provides adequate environment to expand its application to various field such as access control & other systems.

This system is designed to serve for integrated electronic payment and emphasis is given to contact less RF  Card technology ( MIFARE )
